All of our photography bookings are done on our website using our online scheduling system. Our online calendars are always up to date and show the latest availability and pricing.

Full payment upfront is required with all bookings and can be made through our scheduling system on our “Book” page

Room rentals do not come with a photographer, however you can certainly add a photographer or a videographer as an add-on (we do provide in-house shooters)

Yes, we are able to open the Ethereal Loft + the Evoke Room to become one large event space. This has its own rates and minimums of 4 hour rentals. The cost is $250/hr with a $1000 minimum. There are also cleaning fees associated with any messes made. A Bar is also included in event rentals!

Timeless Tree Studios has unlimited free parking onsite, directly in front or on the east side of our building. Our entrance is on both the east and west of the building. If you are a bridal party, it is best to get dropped off on the east side of the building directly into our studio. If you are dropping off items from a truck, its also better to use the east side entrance of the building.

Our studio has free wifi for all studio guests. The username/password for wi-fi is located by the reception desk and any studio attendant can let you know the password!

No smoking or vaping inside
No open flames (candles must be glass-enclosed)
No fireworks, sky lanterns and any other incendiary items
No fog-producing equipment
No confetti, flower petals, glitter, or helium balloons
No permanent markers of any kind
No holes may be made in the walls - Only painter’s tape or command hooks may be used to attach items to the wall or temporarily fix decor
Our studios cannot be used to shoot pornographic content.

If you cancel your appointment 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled booking, you can get a full refund.
If you cancel your appointment anytime within 48 hours of your scheduled booking, we do not offer refunds, only credits towards a future booking that never expires
No-show appointments will forfeit your full payment
