Photo Studio Rules and Waiver Agreement

General Guidelines:

a. Respect studio staff, guests, equipment, and property.

b. Smoking, vaping, or any open flames are strictly prohibited within the studio premises.

c. Maintain minimal noise levels to ensure the comfort of others.

d. Only authorized personnel are permitted to access restricted areas.

e. Keep washrooms clean and be considerate to the next user.

f. Always remember to take all your belongings with you.

g. The studio management conducts prop checks upon entry.

Set and Props:

a. Do not move or adjust studio sets without prior permission from studio staff.

b. Treat props and set decorations with respect; refrain from causing damage or removing them without authorization.

c. Standing on couches, chairs, or tables is strictly prohibited.

d. Any damages to the property will incur a mandatory fine of $500.00 or more, depending on the value of the damaged item.

Safety and Hygiene:

a.     FOOD and DRINKS NOT PERMITTED inside the studios.

b.    Any weapons deemed too dangerous by staff will not be allowed in the event, and will be confiscated during prop check before entry. The items will be returned once attendees are finished with their photoshoot.

1. Liability Waiver:

I acknowledge that Timeless Tree Studios is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred while using the studio facilities and equipment.

I agree to abide by the studio rules and guidelines as outlined above.

Failure to comply with the rules and regulations may result in a permanent ban on all Timeless Tree Studios’ future events and a fine of $500.00 or higher for any damages.
