Tier 2 — 20+ Hours in November 2025

Everything in Tier 1, plus:
Social media spotlight: a featured post or collab post on our Instagram and/or TikTok, highlighting your holiday work at Timeless Tree Studios (timing at our discretion; we’ll coordinate assets and dates).

Important: Thresholds are based on completed, paid studio hours in November 2025 only. December hours do not count toward the challenge (but still get 50% off).

How the 50% Discount Works

Eligibility: Join the Preferred Photographers list (free) below.
Redemption: After joining, you’ll receive an email within 24hrs with booking access with the 50% discount code- please only use this code for yourself to get the 50% off because any booking not associated with the photographer will get cancelled (Any photographer caught trying to take advantage of this and give out codes; will be banned)
Window: Valid on bookings Nov 1 – Dec 31, 2025 (subject to availability). (Any bookings made after Jan 1st with this code will be cancelled and returned)
Scope: Applies to room rental fees only. Excludes add-ons (e.g., gear rentals, special props, staffing, cleaning fees, overages).
Non-stackable: Cannot be combined with other promos or credits unless stated.

What Counts As “Hours”

Counted: The scheduled booking time from your booked start to your booked end (including your setup/teardown within that slot).
Not multiplied by rooms: Booking multiple rooms in the same time block counts as the same number of hours (we count clock hours, not “room-hours”).
Who gets credit: The account holder who made the booking (not assistants or clients). Hours are non-transferable.

Booking Basics

Studio Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (last entry 7:00 PM). Extended hours may be possible on request.
Parking: On-site parking available; please arrive early on weekends.
Access: You’ll receive door and room access instructions in your confirmation email.
Crew Limit: Standard crew cap per room is 10 people. Larger crews by approval (fees may apply).
Sound: Background music allowed. Live instruments or loud audio need prior approval.
Props & Furniture: You may move lightweight furniture, but put everything back before your slot ends. Heavy items/sets stay in place.
Glitter/Confetti/Fake Snow: Not permitted unless pre-approved (cleaning fees apply).
Candles/Flames: Real flames are prohibited. Use LED/flameless alternatives.

House Rules (Read Carefully)

Respect the Sets: Our three holiday rooms are custom built by Diana Pires. No pinning, stapling, painting, adhesives, or alterations to walls/sets.
Footwear/Surfaces: Heels allowed if clean and capped; no scratching. If using outdoor shoes in shots, bring clean pairs.
Food/Drinks: Allowed if you leave no trace. Alcohol requires prior written approval.
Pets: Case-by-case with prior approval; pet fees and strict cleanup rules apply.
Damage & Cleaning: You are responsible for damages during your booking. If the room needs extra cleaning or repairs, fees will be charged to the card on file.
Overtime: Unscheduled overtime is billed at 1.5× the standard (pre-discount) hourly rate, minimum 30 minutes, and may not be available if another booking follows.
Deep Set-Changes: Not allowed unless pre-approved and supervised (additional fees apply).
Safety: C-stands must be sandbagged. Cables must be taped. No fog/haze without prior approval (fire alarms).

Cancellations, Reschedules, No-Shows

Reschedules: Allowed once with 72+ hours notice (subject to availability).
Cancellations: Non-refundable, but for 72+ hours notice we can issue studio credit (credit expires Mar 31, 2026).
Under 72 hours / No-Show: No refunds or credits.
Weather: Normal Toronto weather is not force majeure. Severe events will be handled case-by-case.

Credit & Usage

Tagging: Please credit the location as Timeless Tree Studios in captions when posting sets prominently.
Model Releases / Permits: You are responsible for your own releases and any permits required for commercial use.
Brand Shoots: Allowed. If you need product exclusivity or set holds, contact us for a private block.
Content Rights: You retain your content rights. By participating in the November challenge tiers, you grant us permission to feature your submitted work (with credit) across our site and socials.

Check your inbox for booking access with the 50% off automatically enabled (or your code). The Post submit message will also give you your special 50% off code too!
Book your slots across November and December (first-come, first-served).
Track your November hours from your confirmation emails and dashboard; we track them too.
Hit 10+ or 20+ November hours to unlock your 2026 benefits.
In December, enjoy the remaining 50% off window (note: does not count toward November thresholds).

FAQs

Q: Do December hours count toward the challenge?
A: No. The challenge thresholds (10+ and 20+) are November 2025 only. December still gets 50% off.

Q: Can assistants or second shooters put hours toward my total?
A: Only the account holder who booked gets credit.

Q: Can I stack the 50% off with other credits or promotions?
A: No, the holiday promo is non-stackable unless explicitly stated by us in writing.

Q: Do I need insurance?
A: For commercial crews and larger sets, yes — please provide a COI naming Timeless Tree Studios as additionally insured if requested.

Q: What if I hit 10 hours across multiple short bookings?
A: That counts. We sum completed, paid hours in November under your account.

Q: What if I book two rooms at once for 3 hours?
A: That equals 3 hours, not 6. We count clock hours, not “room-hours.”

Q: When will my website profile go live?
A: For Tier achievers, we’ll collect your info/assets in December and publish profiles starting January 2026 (live through December 31, 2026).

Q: What does the social feature include for 20+ hours?
A: A spotlight post or collab post on IG and/or TikTok, timing/format at our discretion. We’ll coordinate selects and copy with you.
