What Happens Next
1) We’ll call/text to confirm your exact time. Your requested slot isn’t guaranteed until we confirm by phone.
2) You’ll get a confirmation email with arrival instructions, room order, and parking notes.
3) Day-of: Please arrive 15 minutes early and be ready to rotate rooms every 30 minutes to stay on schedule.
Photographer not included. Bring your own if you want full coverage. Or choose our team and we’ll reach out to confirm availability.
What’s Included

Studio attendants to keep you on time and help with basic posing/phone snaps for 5mins only (if available; not guaranteed)
Seasonal props staged in each set (please don’t move heavy pieces without approval)

5,000 sq ft natural-light studio with a central skylight and high ceilings
Three immersive Christmas rooms, curated for families, couples, and lifestyle creators:
Classic Luxe: Neutral palette, elegant tree, refined décor—timeless portraits
Winter Wonderland: Bright whites, layered textures, gift vignettes—clean, airy content
Fireside & Festive: Warm tones, garlands, cozy seating—candid family moments
Change area & makeup area available
Accessibility: Ground-level entry; tell us any needs in advance
Parking: Lot and street options nearby (details in your confirmation email)
House Rules (Read—We’re Strict)
Arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrivals still end on time.
No glitter, smoke, confetti, open flame, or messy setups without written approval.
pets welcome—must be supervised at all times.
Don’t remove wall fixtures or move heavy furniture without staff approval.
Leave sets as you found them; damage/extra cleaning fees may apply.
Rescheduling / No-Show
Reschedule with 24+ hours’ notice—we’ll try to accommodate within the event window.
No-shows = ineligible for future gifted collabs.
Invite-Only: Submissions outside our invite list aren’t approved.
